Log Cabin in the Mountains
Everything on this cake is edibleexcept the sticks holding the sign in place. Log cabin, mountain and large rock are all red velvet with cream cheese frosting and homemade buttercream fondant. The car (made to look like his '79 Porshe) is gumpaste, the rocks are fondant and the trees are sugar cones and grapevines coated in tinted coconut.
